Five stars from start to finish
Initially got in touch with Chris from Middlehurst for some advice on changing my petrol car for an electric or hybrid, and he was happy to arrange for a test drive of a Nissan Leaf he had in stock. He told me all about the differences between petrol and electric and there was totally no-pressure throughout, and the whole process from initial inquiry to purchase and collection was brilliant. This is my second car from Middlehurst and I will definitely be back for my next car. Cheers, Chris!

Bought a car one week ago.
Highly recommend Chris excellent caring salesman following covid rules at all times. Even wiped car steering wheel etc before taking it out for test drive.
Very efficient not pushy in anyway what so ever.
Would definitely use middlehurst again when we would like to change the car

The history of the Middlehurst brand in St.Helens is utterly compelling, truly part of the heritage of the town and should be supported accordingly.
The attention to detail for the customer and their cars is an inspiration.
These guys know cars, I wouldn't be surprised if they bleed oil, its certainly part of their DNA.
Fair to say I enjoyed my car buying experience and you will too, Chris is the latest edition of the production line and is doing them proud.
Everybody clearly plays their part with the vehicles presented immaculately and engineers making sure the cars are at their best.

I contacted Middlehurst garage via email and received a response the same day. They have been professional throughout and even gave me time to think about my options before deciding whether or not to go ahead with the repairs.
The car was fixed quickly and the repair came in at £20 less than the original quote. Even the recovery driver who took my car to the garage had good things to say about the staff at Middlehurst - a great sign! Special thanks to Richard, Leah and Lorraine for all their help. Thank you all.

Lorraine was absolutely fabulous at Nissan getting my truck sorted. I bought it from a dealer in London so wasn’t able to get the issues sorted directly with them. It’s the first time I’ve owned a Nissan and a car this size and was made to feel a valued customer and told about everything going on. Great service and availability. Will be back for future work 👍🏼
